What are the delivery times?
Most of our products are shipped within 2 to 5 business days from our French warehouse. For custom-made items, the lead time can be up to 10-15 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Can I return a product if I don't like it?
In accordance with European regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt to return a product without justification.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition.
Return costs are at your expense unless a defect is found. Contact our customer service department at: contact@wave-protect.fr.
Are your products laboratory tested or certified?
Yes. The products offered by Wave Protect France are selected based on attenuation tests carried out in the laboratory, with rates expressed in dB according to current standards.
The product sheets systematically indicate the protected frequency range and the attenuation rate. We work with recognized suppliers in the EMC protection sector.
How do I choose the right devices for my needs?
Device WP1:
- For a baby, child, or adolescent under 15 years old:
- For a man weighing 80 kg and 1.80 m tall (+/-)
- For a woman weighing 50 kg and 1.60 m tall (10 kg less than her height) (+/-)

- In case of overweight by 10 to 15 kg

- In case of overweight by more than 15 kg
