Order, Delivery & After-Sales Service
Practical information about your purchases
What are the delivery times?
Most of our products are shipped within 2 to 5 business days from our French warehouse. For custom-made items, the lead time can be up to 10-15 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Can I return a product if I don't like it?
In accordance with European regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt to return a product without justification.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are at your expense unless a defect is found. Please contact our customer service at: contact@wave-protect.fr.
How does the warranty on your products work?
All our products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Consumer Code) as well as the guarantee against hidden defects.
In case of a problem, contact our After-Sales Service with your order number and photos of the defect found.
Do you offer personalized advice before purchase?
Absolutely. Our team is available to help you choose the right products for your situation:

• Email: contact@wave-protect.fr
• Phone: available Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm
For complex cases, we offer a 30-minute phone consultation with an expert, by appointment.
Electromagnetic Waves and Health
Understand the risks and regulatory thresholds
What is an electromagnetic wave?
An electromagnetic wave is a disturbance propagating through space, combining an oscillating electric field and a magnetic field. Frequencies range from very low frequencies (high-voltage power lines, 50 Hz) to microwaves (Wi-Fi, 5G, mobile telephony).
A distinction is made between non-ionizing radiation (ELF, radiofrequencies) — which Wave Protect France deals with — and ionizing radiation (X-rays, gamma rays), which is of a different nature.

Are Wi-Fi and mobile waves dangerous to our health?
The scientific debate is ongoing. The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC / WHO) classified radiofrequencies as Group 2B "possibly carcinogenic" in 2011, meaning that a risk cannot be ruled out but is not proven.
ANSES recommends a precautionary approach, particularly for children and people who are
hypersensitive. Reducing exposure remains a common-sense measure.

What is electro-hypersensitivity (EHS)?
Electromagnetic hypersensitivity refers to a set of symptoms (headaches, sleep disorders, fatigue, difficulty concentrating) that some people attribute to their exposure to electromagnetic fields.
In France, ANSES estimates that around 5% of the population declares themselves to be EHS. Reducing exposure can contribute to improving well-being.

Is 5G more dangerous than 4G?
5G uses higher frequencies, particularly in the millimeter wave band (26-28 GHz), which have lower
penetration into biological tissues but a higher density of emission points.
ANSES published an opinion in 2021 stating that the available data do not make it possible to identify new risks for sub-6 GHz bands. Vigilance remains essential for millimeter wave bands.

Our protection products
How our solutions work and how to choose them
Are your products laboratory-tested or certified?
Yes. The products offered by Wave Protect France are selected based on attenuation tests conducted in the laboratory, with rates expressed in dB according to current standards.
Product sheets systematically indicate the protected frequency range and the attenuation rate. We work with recognized suppliers in the EMC protection sector.
How do I choose the right devices for my needs?
